The Week After

What a difference a week makes. 7 days ago I was at my brother-in-laws house in Baton Rouge, La watching the Weather Channels coverage of hurricane Dennis. We went to services at South Baton Rouge CoC, http://www.sbrcc.org/ and then back to his house for lunch. Matt & Katie came over and we were all ready to watch the eye make landfall. During services I had been praying for God to reveal Himself in some way and interceed with the storm. Within a hour we realized that our prayers had been answered. While the hurricane did not evaporate into thin air its impact was significantly less than what I expected based upon the information being reported.
